The Cloverdale Wine Walk is a monthly event taking place the first Saturday of the month October 2023 through May 2024, 11am-3pm. Once your application is completed, if we have a host location available they will reach out directly to you. Once you are schedule at a location you will be required to be at your participating location 30 minutes prior to the start (10:30am) of the event for set up and stay for the entirety of the event. You will need to contact your participating location prior to each month to see what items will be provided by the location (ex. table, tablecloth), and what you will need to bring. Each beverage retailer should bring a dump/spit bucket, information about your business, club sign-up sheets, a tablet or iPad to set up online sales for your business. Each beverage retailer will be responsible for checking each guest for an event wrist band, event ticket and will be responsible for marking off your location on each ticket. Each guest is only permitted to visit your location one time during the event. Repeat visits are not permitted. *

We encourage our hosts to showcase a new winery every single month to help keep the event fresh for our guests as well as promote as many businesses in our area as possible.
